January was full of even more setbacks in the project along with heavy precipitation, high winds, and unseasonably warm temperatures. The continued to suffer water incursion and the increased presence of mold hampered the progress. The majority of drywall on the first floor had to be removed, water incursion continued. The initial roof was installed the last week of January. On January 30, 2006 a microbiologist was called in by the initial contractor to investigate the situation. The majority of the pictures below were taken on the day of the investigation. More day to day details, time lines and pictures to come after the project has been completed.
